Abstract

VALMO on showed their all electric injection molding machine RE350 with a turn-key IML solution of 8 cavities Yogurt cups at K-Show 2025, which is a high speed all electric injection molding machine with clamping force of 3500kN and an opening stroke of 695mm and is suitable for the high speed production of thin-wall containers with height ≤ 181mm, which will be suitable for the production of more than 70% of the IML containers for dairy products.

With innovative injection-compression function, a combination of both injection molding and compression molding, of which to enable the melt plastic injected into mold while mold still open and subsequently distributed evenly throughout the cavity after clamping unit compressed.
